Upgrade time, FX 8320 v. FX 8350

So say I did go Intel, what would be a good cpu/mobo combo that's around the same price as the 8350 and the mobo I posted? About 230 bucks would be the budget.

What would be the same price and give me better performance? Also, would it matter that my GPU is AMD? I mean would that affect performance in any way

EDIT: What if I managed to get an MSI 970 Gaming mobo with the 8350 for only 240?

intel, idk if there something in that price range. i think only the pentium anniversary or possibly even the i3 are within reach. >i5 will cost you 300 alone on the chip. but thats where i live. so yea.

and honestly if you ask me. i'd just wait. unless you want to spend the big bucks now :S
