Upgrade parts or Nikon D3200?

So here is my dilemma, I am VERY interested in getting a video camera so I can start doing video cuz I have always been fascinated with film making. But at the same time I could really use some new parts for my PC.

What do you guys think would be better profit?

I feel like this shouldn't really belong in build a pc, but get whatever you think is better and what you want more.
