i want to upgrade to 8gb ram at a good speed

These are 2 choices you can have for your ram. They are the highest your motherboard can support and should good peformance.

will this be good for gaming?

They will be good quality for gaming and should give you a good gameplay. 8gb is heaps enough for play video games and if you want any faster you would need a new motherboard

ok im buying this, Crucial Ballistix BLS2CP4G3D1339DS1S00CEU 8GB (4GB x2) DDR3 Memory Kit                    please double check this is fine

It actually depens upon what revision you have. 3.1=1600mhz. 1.3=1333 mhz. It shouldn't make a huge amount of difference, but with the prices of ram ttoday i would check it out to get the most bang per buck. 

 

The sticks you chose will fit though, and should work just fine.
