Upgrade Compatibility+ A Good PSU

This Christmas I will most likely be upgrading my PC(GPU and PSU) mostly because I want to be able to play/record newer games I have decided that the over all budget for the upgrade is $400 dollars and after doing quite a bit of research I have come to the conclusion that the new r9 280x is the best fit for me.  The 280x is around $300 so that leaves about $100 left for the PSU.  The main reasoning behind the posting of this topic is asking you awesome people whether or not the 280x is compatible with my motherboard.  The secondary reason for this topic is to ask for a good reliable PSU for Less than $100.  I would like the PSU to be in the 700w area because I want the ability to upgrade in the future

280X is a great card for the price!

If you want a PSU that can crossfire in the future, or you want to have last from system to system, I'd suggest at least 750w.  Your motherboard can use one GPU because the second slot is not made for another GPU, since it runs at a slower x4 speed.

I'd suggest this psu:

Really cheap after a MIR.  Semi modular too.  If you want something a little bit more efficient, here's another good option:

i wouldn't go corsair CX***w any other series of corsairs is fine, just not that one as it is known to provide less stable voltage output and fail more often, if you must get a psu in that price range the EVGA600w or Fractual500w are good buys in the states, or any antec high current gamer or sea sonic everywhere. If you need more wattage than those options (which your current build does not) then the higher rated antect HCG, Sliverstone Strider Essentual, Antec Neo or thermatake 750w smartpower is a good bet, but I think you'll find even with crossfire this is actually plenty of power for that level of system, you don't need a 1000w supply, but you can certainly get a nice modular 600-750w unit in under $100.

Thanks a lot for the info :)  Is there any particular 280x you guys would recommend?
