Updates/firmware for KM Switch

Hello,
Can anyone tell me how the firmware updates are released for the KM/KVM switches and where to find the update files? Additionally, is there a place or way to subscribe to get notifications of these updates? I’ve searched around but I haven’t been able to find anything. I figured I’d ask here since the answer can be found by all.

Context for posterity:
A little while ago I put in a support ticket for help with my new KM switch. In the ticket I was looking for help with mouse movement being weird on a 21:9 monitor when using mouse roaming. The mouse movement was faster horizontally then vertically on the one monitor. With mouse roaming off that issue goes away. Wendell mentioned it had to do with something MSFT changed semi-recently, and that the L1T team are working on a fix.

You email me. And we do it. There is not anything for you to diy at this point as i said in my email. I am working on it though.

The kvms almost entirely dont need field upgradable firmware in the entire history of them. Thats how insane I am with testing usually. The km switch were a bit more of an experiment
