Updated: BeeLink GTR7 7840/7940 Pro Random Reboot/Crashing Issue (The Reason and a possible fix for some)

They had me send mine to a residential address as well, got it back within a week or 2 of them receiving it. I tore mine down a bit without breaking the warranty seals and noticed that they had actually made a change to at least one side of the board near the ram slots as you can see.
Ever since getting it back I haven’t had any issues. My new unit also came with the old bottom plate but I just kept the updated one when I sent the original unit back anyway.
