[Update] Help me diagnose a graphical issue

Things I've replaced or ruled out:

- Graphics card

- Power supply

- Hard drive /w Windows 7 64b installation

- Memory tests good

 

Temperatures are okay, tried all different drivers. At this point it must be something motherboard or CPU related.

Motherboard is ASUS M5A97 AM3+ with FX-4100 installed. Nothing is overclocked. Please share your thoughts.

I don't know what game this is but did you make sure it's supported by modern OS and Hardware?

It is Planet Explorers, the artifacting also happens in Eurotruck Simulator and Farm Simulator.
