Unsure about Power supply

I'll be mostly use this system for gaming. This is my components:
Case : Cooler master Elite K380
CPU : intel Core i5-4670K
CPU Cooler : Coolermaster hyper 212 X
Motherboard : MSI Z87-G45 GAMING
Ram : 8GB G.SKILL Ripjaws X
GPU : msi gtx 750ti
Disk Drive : LG GH24NS95
Wifi card : TP LINK WN722N
PSU:?
Questions:
1)Will these components fit inside the case?
2)What is the ideal power supply for gaming and for future upgrades?

It should fit in the case.

The 550W should be fine for any single gpu setup.

or the XFX TS 550W: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-xfxts550w

A 450W PSU is more than enough, you will probably never get above 50% PSU capacity. Your i5 won't go above 100W (EDIT: oops, I was wrong. It will draw about 150W, still below 50% of the PSU capacity when factoring in the video card) unless you overclock it, and the video card will not use more than 75W. The 750 Ti doesn't draw more than 75W even if it has an extra 6 pin connector. Fans draw less than 5W unless they have LEDs, and a stick of RAM doesn't draw more than 3-4W.

I recommend the Seasonic S12G-450. Cheap, but extremely well built, all Japanese capacitors, 5 year warranty and tons of protections.

Have you bought the video card? Because AMD R7 265 costs exactly the same and it performs between 10-20% better. The 750 Ti is meant for situations when power draw is an issue (like small form factor systems). If you are gaming, the 750 Ti is a bad deal.

i would look at the 650rm from corsair, its an extreamly quiet psu and its got long warity and is upgradeable
