Just ran intel burn test and it said my system was unstable. Don't know what to do.
Specs:
Mobo: Gigabyte 990fx ud3
Cpu: Amd 8350 with coolermaster hyper 212 plus with artic silver 5 thermal paste.
Case: Define r4 with stock fans
Ram: Gskills ares 2x4 gb 1866
Seasonic 620w

Should i reapply the thermal paste?
Uhh 33 C idle is good... How much is it on load?
Also, did you perhaps put on thermal paste the kentucky way?

Download Coretemp : http://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/
And Prime95 : http://download.cnet.com/Prime95-32-bit/3000-2053_4-192895.html
Run it for at least an hour .. unless your CPU is over and above 80c
Report back to us on how hot it really is getting, because honestly 33c isn't bad..
I'm a noob builder. Just built it today, so how can i test load temps?
Will try that, my pc freezes like every 20 mins.

In that case, don't use Prime95 ..
You can set up CoreTemp so that it will warn you when your temps go above a pre set number -for example I have mine to flash at 80c and shut off my computer at 90c-
Tell us what your max temps are before your computer freezes up

Temps are only at 30c ? If so go ahead and boot up Prime95 and repost in about 30 mins
EDIT : Also, artic silver 5 thermal paste takes some time to settle. So the more you use it the cooler your temps are going to be .. at least for the next couple weeks
Alright, will do. What i was concerned about was that the TJ max is 90C. Don't know what that is.

Junction Temperature Max. It is a sensor on your CPU. When the maximum temperature is reached, this will throttle or shutdown your CPU.

Pretty much it's when your computer will start shuting it's self off to stop over heating
Ok, thanks for the help. I will test out prime 95 and give a report in 30 mins.
Been like 30 mins and my PC hasn't froze :) lol
My results from 30 mins.

Everything looks good to me, no freezes?
Not yet, been like an 1 hr.
So does this mean I can play games and expect this kind of temp?

Yes, Prime95 attempts to imitate the "load" a video game would have on your processor. The same cannot be said about your GPU.
Download Heaven : http://unigine.com/products/heaven/ to test your temps for your GPU and processor
Got up to 76 C with everything on max ultra on 1920x1080
Avg was 45fps
