When on they talk about Unreal Tournament 4 are they talking about Unreal Tournament 2004?

If warfare from UT3 returns, I am getting that. The engine demos from UT4 looks really good.

Pretty sure you can get it from epic's site. The modding tools, game, and engine are all part of a launcher now that you download.

I got the launcher and played the game. When I try and connect to the Tek Syndicate server it says my client is out of date?

There server is out of date not you they need to update It
