Looks like you would just need to touch it up just barely by the mounting holes if at all. You could also cut some of the plastic off the monitor if you don't mind that route but I personally did not want to. To put it in perspective, I had to grind mine so thin I accidentally went through one of the screw holes. Think the width of a pen tip, that's how much you have got to the left and right of the holes

I think I will leave it sort of hanging, don't plan to move it much.
