Also I NEED some more Melodic Death metal in my life, so songs like these would be great
[Side Note about this Band] - This Band Swordmaster (originally started as a Black Metal Project, With Each Release they began to drift more towards a Melo-Death/Thrash Metal Style of Music [This Album being the only Melo-Death Style Album, The Band is Disbanded as of 1998 I Believe and Most of The Original Members (Specifically the Vocalist) Has a New Group what we Know of today as "Deathstars" which is an Industrial/Gothic Metal Band.
if you wish to check out that band they've been around for about a decade now
That Comes with the Territory. Black Metal, Death Metal, Industrial Metal, Doesn't matter which sub-genre of metal you listen to. I will bet you Listen to a few bands that have at LEAST ONE track that has depressing lyricism. not everyone is happy every single day, we all have our days where we feel down, and music is good medicine. I enjoy Atmospheric Black Metal, Stuff that has alot of Peaceful Keyboards,
Now a Good 90% of the bands in Sub-Genre of Black Metal have Depressing Lyrics. that doesn't make me depressing person. however if i were depressed listening to something like that makes me feel better.
To each their own. I listen to music, watch movies, watch shows, and play games for the sole purpose of escapism so I prefer more upbeat metal with a fantasy theme. I also listen to folk music like Adrian von ziegler's music.
Alright, so give me some "Im rip someones head off" metal. I actually could use some more stuff like that. If I could give you an example song, it would be Under Siege by Amon Amarth. The part at 3:31 gives me goose bumps.
The band is appearing to be promising. i expect a lot from the Ex-Vocalist Dawn of Ashes The Vocalist does most of the Piano/Symphonic Parts in the Music. and Even with Dawn of Ashes Music, the Keyboard parts in the song were the most amazing part of each track in my personal opinion.
this isn't the only demo track they've dropped. they have this one but there is no vocals and mastering yet. but those two tracks are going to appear on the new EP they are making,
