UN40KU6300 for $306 worth it?

As the title says I can get a Samsung UN40KU6300 for a little over $300, but have to buy it in the next hour maybe 2. I sit about 2 feet from where I would use this as a monitor.

What do you all think?

I have the Ku6290 which is basically same everything without Bluetooth and some other stuff. I love it and sit maybe 2.5-3 feet from it.

Wasn't hard to get used to a screen that big? Display scaling wasn't an issue?

I am still getting use to it but by far I enjoy it the best over multi monitor 1080p/24". I have display scaling at 125% and I seem to like it so far. Gaming at 1080p still looks pretty damn good and my eyes do not discern much of a difference from my Asus IPS 1080p display.
Forgot to mention but TeamPGP stream looks amazing in full screen. You can actually watch all three of them and tell what the hell they are each doing.

Do you ever use a windowed version of a game at 1080p? if so is it weird to play like that?

Im asking for a just in case I hate the huge screen I can make the game smaller as it were

EDIT: also thanks for answering my question(s)

I tried Factorio in windowed mode while watching YouTube in right hand corner and web browsing in left hand corner. Factorio stretched the entire bottom half of screen and it was cool but I only played for like 15 minutes.

Shit. Ok I guess Ill give it a shot, and pray I like it, as if I don;t I already have 2 TVs one in each room, if I don;t like this as a monitor I have nowhere to put it

I bought mine at Best Buy cause for holidays they allow me to return it up to Jan 15 so it gave me a small cushion if i do not like it overall to return.
I am planning to do a full thread write up on my experience with unit so far with it to help people who may not want to buy the Korean monitors and have something local that they can deal with warranty and such.
If I had the money I would not mind sending one to the team to have them do some in depth testing once they get their color calibrator and input lag testing equipment setup.

Yeah that's the only issue, I won't be able to return it without paying expensive shipping. ill be buying this from some random company out on the east coast where as I am in SoCal.

Worse comes to worse I can use it as a TV in my bedroom and give my current 40inch 1080 tv to my parents.

This would help a lot of people I think

Ok I bit the bullet.

To anyone else who wants in on this deal. Here is the link as of right now 11:06 PT There are 459 more TVs left.
