Alright, so I'm looking to come up with a build that would be able to max any game at 1080p, 60fps, and be able to stream in those same settings (if not 720p, 60fps). Probably won't be doing any editing anytime soon, so that doesn't really matter. I'd love to include an SSD in this build as well, and I want it to be pretty quiet. Water cooling is also an option. I came up with a list, although I'm not sure if it's a good price to performance ratio, or just "good" in general. Thanks in advance!

P.S., if your wondering about the case, I'm going for a Thermaltake Core X9.
I'd go with 970 almost same performance and save yourself the money for other things. PS is abit overkill but has room for extra stuff, I'd find a better SSD, maybe a MX100 or M550, cheaper too. Those are older SSDs. 2400mhz ram is unnecessary and expensive, I'd go 1866 or 1600mhz, Other than that looks really good to me
For a case change I really do reccomend the Fractal Design R5 over what you have chosen :)
And a WB Blue 1TB for 54 , when you could nab a 2TB for just a few bucks more ( http://www.amazon.com/HGST-Deskstar-3-5-Inch-7200RPM-Internal/dp/B003GSLDRC/ref=sr_1_29?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1421566614&sr=1-29&keywords=2TB+HDD ) Should be considered.
That hard drive in particular you dont have to go for, just using it to show a 2TB would be much nicer for only a tincy bit more mulah
And as Fendi mentioned above a better SSD can do like an 128GB or 256GB Samsung 850 Pro. You also likely wont be needing any 2400MHz memory, 1600MHz will do fine, hell, get 1333MHz, raise the multiplier up a bit to 1600 and tighten your memory timings just a tad >:D
