What I have designed so far is linked below, I already have an NZXT H440 and 2 TB in HDD but I am looking for a significant upgrade.
My current PC:
MB: Gigabyte GA-990-FXA-UD3P
CPU: AMD 8350 (Overclocked to 4.7 GHz)
Cooler: Noctua NH-D14 (Not sure if I should upgrade or just keep using this)
GPU: XFX R9 280
PSU: tbh I forget but it is Silver certified and had 750w
New PC Ideas:

Any and all advice is greatly appreciated!
Lonnie.
well for one you need a power supply, 750 will not be enough for two 290x. you should be able to use the d14 if you have the mounting hardware.
If you have an os now you can put it on the new machine and then upgrade it to win 10 next month, unless you have other plans for this current pc.
Selling my current build minus the case and cooler. So yeah. Right now I only a have a 1080p Monitor and I'm not really looking to upgrade. Should I just hold off on the second 290x? Maybe get a single 290x or 970?
I can not really comment on the video cards, I had lots of issues with nvidia's sli and my triple monitors since i don't game with it on surround. now i run the 4790k and a 980. i might suggest the 980TI version that was just recently released.
for reference i run 3 1080p screens and game on one center one bf4 @ ultra @ 120fps.
Yeah, I think I may just go ahead with both R9 290x and upgrade the PSU, then upgrade monitors later on. Better for future proofing I suppose.
