Ukuu Installation, Another Kernel Update Program?

sudo apt-add-repository ppa:teejee2008/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install ukuu
E: Unable to locate package ukuu
Is the repository down? Anyone know of another GUI based program I can update my Ubuntu kernel with?

Installs fine from terminal for me.
