Uhhh is this missing a few gold contacts?

I was disassembling a laptop I bought off Facebook. After inspecting the hard drive connector there seems to be missing pins inside of it. Is this the reason why that the boot is kinda slow. I was checking the laptop too see if it can boot into Windows before I started disassembling. The laptop is a HP Pavillion DV6 4008tx

The hard drive is a Seagate 160gb the original Hard drive died.

it looks good to me. the slow boot is probably from it being a 5200rpm drive and not a 7200 rpm drive.and the drive probably has more junk on it than stuff worth anything.
