Ugrade/Rebuild HELP PLEASE

These are the items i already have.

CPU: intel Core i5-4440 @ 3.10 GHz
RAM: 12Gb
HDD: 1 TB Going to re install my old windows on it.
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970

So I would still need.

1: Case

Budget $200
