UEFI pre-boot error when installing SATA3 pci-e card on Dell server

Trying to install a SATA3 PCI-e card in an older Dell PowerEdge server and I am getting this UEFI error when attempting pre-boot process. When I remove the card, the server boots fine, so it is definitely something with this device. I followed the process here and updated the BIOS, etc, but Iā€™m still getting this fun error :frowning:
