Ubuntu on Andriod

I just came across this on the Ubuntu site. Canonical is suggesting that an Ubuntu distro can be dropped in beside an Android distro, turning a docked phone into a full featured computer. This makes logical sense, considering they both use the linux kernel. Has anybody seen any products with an implementation like this, or even a proof of concept?

If this ever becomes anything more than vaporware, I will be filled with so much want.

Wow, I'm overflowing with desire right now. I don't have a dock or a keyboard/mouse that could hook up, but I just want it for mobile use. This looks so good.

look up android loop files.... i used to have a version of backtrack running on my phone in the background, then i would VNC into it from android :)
