Ubisoft game launcher/Uplay, does it have a list of accounts that's been used on my PC?

Hi, so i have forgotten my Email that i registered on Uplay and i dont want to deal with Ubisofts shitty customer support.

So i was wondering if Uplay has a record of all accounts that's been logged in to on my PC just like Steam has.
