I have started to game around 10 to 13 hours a day and i have a horrible twitch in my right pointer finger. And I think it may be largeley related to how much i game or can other things cause this. It persists about 4 or 5 hours after I'm done gaming, is this permanent, or is there a way to stop this annoying twitch?
I would say ease off the gaming and take a break every now and then. If taking breaks in between doesn't help you definatly schedule an appointment with a doctor just in case.
The thing is it is completely random even on the days when im not gaming and working a split it still twitches and it is a latteral movement of my pointer finger.
Could be carpel tunnel syndrome, because it tightens the wrist and whatnot. Not too sure. I dont know if I have carpel tunnel but both my pinkies lockup and con only be in two positions really.
I used to play counterstike 7-10 hours a day, then i got a job.
You should take a break 7-10 hours is a lot of time during the day to play counterstrike. Take a couple of days off to let your hands rest up
