I'm not a huge fan of twitch but for those weeknights when i'm by myself and having some beers i like joining a stream on twitch, sit back, chat a bit, watch a game i like.
But most streamers irritate the shit out of me. And it's hard to find livestreams of the type of games i like. So, if you stream cool games, have some good music on the background (from industrial type stuff to jazz, whatever) or nothing at all.., just as long as it's not diarrhea inducing pop junk and your username isn't something like ''hotgamergirlwfacecam''
Basically just looking to subscribe to some good people so it's more easy to just check twitch for livestreams and sit back. It seems like searching for a hay in a haystack right now.
Have started recently watching a lot twitch.tv/teampgp and sometimes twitch.tv/fractaljosh
live.deadmau5.com/twitch Then I've been checking Deadmau5 aka Joel's streams 6-7years?, basically oldest memory I have when the community or him realized that if he plays "Black Eyed Peas - The Time (Dirty Bit)" melody on top of his "Medina - You & I (Remix)" its same song. In any case, he streams always and if it goes down you start seeing some Twitter struggling. Stream varies from just 6h screen staring, games to music.
thanks. :) and yes, twitch is garbage, but ehh, if i'm bored it's the pile of garbage i'd rather not spend too much time in searching for some stream i can remotely enjoy.
Also thanks for the other non-twitch stream suggestions, i'll check it.
I'm thinking of getting into streaming. Just bought/build a new ultimate gaming machine that can easily handle it.
Though it's going to be at least a week until I'm stream ready. Want to do everything right (stream overlay, donation buttons, twitch alerts, etc.).
I don't play any one game though. I will most likely move around from Call of Duty, Diablo III, World of Warcraft, Minecraft, Fallout & Skyirm, and my personal favorite StarCraft :P. I might start playing CS: GO as well.
I'm in the process of trying to recover my original streaming account www.twitch.tv/axman unfortunately I no longer have access to the email :(
