Is it just me or is twitch getting throttled by comcast now? if it's me than my pc must becoming more of a derp and won't load the site fully.
it wont load my streams at all and it buffers for a century, im going through a local fiber provider BTW, im just thinking its the site infrastrucure, mainly for the reason that i tested with and without a VPN and it did not make on damn difference. and futher testing on a separate computer on a different network confirmed this.

twitch had alot of lag today, the API even went down. some of the chat servers had delays over a minute.
