Tube amp/dac ; So many questions to ask

Simply put, i bought the xDuoo TA-01 from mass drop so i could have a easy access place to plug my assortment of headphones into. I got the drivers and stuff all set up and i am pleased to say it does sound “warmer” in music and doesnt have this stupid feedback my pc gave off on the front port.

So, my few questions are

  1. Can i leave this thing on 24/7 or will something end the world if i do?

  2. When do i replace the tube ; if you know a good video explaining this pls share

  3. Is there a really nice 3.5mm to 1/4" adapter that isnt a screw on. All the ones i have are for specific headphones but my earbuds and speakers use 3.5 and dont seem to like to stay put in the screw on ones and its annoying to have to unscrew each time i wana switch

Thanks in advanced for all info/advice

1: You CAN leave it on 24/7 but you really shouldn't. It will degrade the tube quicker.

2: Ideally if you treat your system well, you should never have to change your tubes. I have tubes from the 1940s that still work. However if something does go wrong with a tube, you will know about it. Most likely your amp will simply just not work.

3: Yeah, get anyone you like from monoprice. As long as a quarter inch adapter is of reasonably quality, it will not impact the sound. It only makes a difference if it is made out of brass and you bought it for 2 bucks from Walmart.

Thanks
