Trying to put together very low budget pc

I'm trying to put together a PC for under 250 EUR(350 USD) and I'm asking for your help on doing this. This is what I've came up with so far: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3aGro

I'm interested in using the pc for gaming and multimedia. I've always had a very low-end machine, so I'm more into the gameplay than the graphics. I'm interested in running MMORPG's, MOBA(LoL and Dota2) and maybe some FPS games(BF3). The graphics could be set to low-medium, as long as I get a decent amount of constant fps.

I'm little confused about the motherboard. It supports AM3+ only after a BIOS update - that's what I heard... can someone bring some clarity on that one?

Go for an APU build.

you dont need a case?

I have an old case from a pentium 2 I think. As much as I know the mounting holes are still the same these days. I have a keyboard, mouse, some HDD's, lots of all size fans and couple of radiators.

Btw, I realised that spending 30 euros more I could afford Radeon 7850 thats 5x better than that r7 that i chose in a mysterious way..?

quick build I made.

Prices may be more expensive in europe, though.
