Trying to install Kali on a HP Chromebook

So, I enable developer mode, reinstalled my profiles and got everything to where I try and pull Kali and it says it can't find it. I can pull Unity and other distros. Is there something I'm missing? Has Kali moved somewhere else? Thanks guys

You say HP chromebook? What is the exact model, have you looked around in the documentation, does the CPU support x86? need more info for actual analysis.

HP 14-x030nr 14″ - Says it has a Tegra K1 in it. It is a few years old, I got it from Bestbuy on sale for really cheap. I'm getting more into Linux now and would like to use something like Kali for pen testing and pissing off my Supervisor when I bring our network down at work while I'm on my lunch break :P

in that case you have yourself an arm chromebook, so look into getting kali for arm 64 bit, also ask around in the chromium os dev mailing list, they help with installing stuff like that because they are always doing custom builds of chromium OS and they would be happy to help since they have this everyday, but since there are already precompiled versions of kali for arm.

Thanks for the help! I'll head over there tomorrow and see what I can stir up lol
