Troubleshooting a mates PC- No Video Out

The PC is functioning normally except we can not get any video display output.
The system is as follows:

CPU: AMD A10 5800K

Memory: 6GB 1600Mhz

Motherboard: F2A85-V

GPU: ASUS DirectCUII AMD Radeon HD7850

PSU: Corsiar CS600M

HDD: Western Digital 500GB

When in standby standby LED's are on and power indicator LED on GPU is on.When the PC is booted up all the fans spin up (some are connected to the MB headers and three to a molex to fan header splitter), Hard Drive spins up, power LED is on etc. However when connected to any display out either on the MB or GPU the monitors detect no signal. WE have tried two monitors one is a samsung VGA monitor and has been tried both using the VGA directly and a VGA to dual link DVI adapter and the other monitor (a tv) has been tried with HMDI and the VGA.

Help would be appreciated. Its causing my head to spin a little and frustration is setting in.

try checking the pci express connection, sometimes even a small ammount of clearance can cause it to not display correctly or not at all, and also check power connections and cables.

You should check in the BIOS to see if the on-board gpu is enabled.

have you tried getting a display without the GPU installed.  If removing the GPU solves the problem then I suggest you install the newest drivers.  Had similar problem with a build, installing the newest drivers for MOBO and GPU solved the problem.

If there is no out put during POST, try connecting to the on board  GPU and then go to BIOS and see if its only the integrated GPU on. Depending on your board, you can select PCI Express only or both iGPU and the PCI (especially for programs like Virtu MVP)

I had tried all the aforementioned suggestions. Tried both outputs of iGPU on MB and the discrete gpu. Have with and without the gpu removed. Can't check and delve into the bios as there is no display signal whatsoever. Just a black screen with No Signal plastered on it. The board makes no tones to show it has completed post but i have no internal speaker i could connect to hear POST codes. However from previous work on this PC (before it broke) the whole boot cycle (except the absence of any image) seemed completely normal.

Have you tried just connecting the essentials, MOBO, CPU, and RAM nothing else and seeing if you get a display that way.  Was the computer acting up before you lost picture?
