Trouble picking between 7970's

Ok so i'm buy a couple parts for my build as I have found a sale on gpu's I'm going to get a 7970 due to there prace and amazing performance. Not to mention bioshock infinate and crysis 3 for free! I'm just not sure if I should get the HIS Radeon HD 7970 IceQ x2 with no over clock and over clock it myself. Or get the gigabyte 7970 ghrz edition which is 70$ more. But with the gigabyte one the voltage is locked so you cant over clock anymore. But I'm not planning on OCing unles I get the stock one.

Or I was thinking the XFX 7970 double disapation no over clock card. Its at a good price too

Go for XFX or Sapphire, XFX has a lifetime warranty and either of these companies makes the highest quality most reliable Radeon cards.

Ya I went ahead and bought XFX before you posted that. It had better cooling and parts in it. I had to make a quick decision casue ther was only 1 left on the sale so I snagged it. Also from what I was reading alot of people have easily OC it to or past the grhz models. :D
