Back to your question, its a bit hard to give a value to somebody´s system, without hurting them too much. But your current build is realy a sollid gaming monster. And it has some realy good value.
if i have to give a reasonable used selling value to this, i think something like $1500,- to $1700,- Somewhere in between that.
if you take in concideration that a similar build with 2xGTX980 Sli sits arround $2200,- brand new.
Why sell man? You can't get much better unless you go X99, which wouldn't give you as good gaming performance anyways. You will have a very hard time selling it all together especially a higher end build like that, probably better to piece out. I would probably offer something like $1,300, maybe a tad more. I would guess $100-$175 for shipping safely, and insured for full value. Which I would DEFINITELY do. That's a very big case and I can imagine it's very heavy, will be expensive to ship.
Unless your going to X99 it's not something I'd sell. Even then, correct if I'm wrong but a 4770k at 4.0ghz would out a 5820k at 4.0gbz in games and the like.
He's basically got one of the best pc out there, if hes doing business level rendering that would be the only reason to go to X99, other than that no way
