I am looking for a new set of headphones.I currently have the Beyer Dynamics DT990 Pros and absolutely love them. But they are not really good for travelling due to the curled heavy cable, being open and the 250Ω impedence.
I have around 200€ to spend (~$270) and just sent back the Sennheiser Momentums because I hated the sound quality and they weren't all that comfortable to wear. I did like the way they looked and this a factor for my decision altough not as important as sound quality and comfort. I am a bit wary of the Meze Headphones, I read some extremly bad reviews and the teksyndicate video is now private (?!?) so unless anyone has had a really good experience with them I don't want to try them.
Can anyone recommend some headphones that sound somewhat similar to the DT900s, or atleast don't sound like shit? I am willing to spend a little more if necessary, but staying within my budget would be nice.
