So I want to make my taskbar 100% transparent but don't want to use a program like Classic Shell or Startisback because they change the start menu and I like the way mine is already. Is there a way to do it without them in windows 10 or can I keep my windows 10 start menu with them and use those to change the transparency. The only thing I have seen people suggest is third party software but they all change your start menu too.

I think you could make it transparent when going into personalize (right click on desktop). Not sure you will get the same effect like in the image.
