So yeah. This is probably the dumbest question any of you have seen.
Is there any way to wipe everything, including windows 7, off of my C drive, and only wipe the C drive?

So, let me get this straight, what you want to do here is wipe your entire hard drive, correct?
You can do it during windows installation.
Yeah, I just want to totally wipe my C drive, leaving my D drive untouched if possible, so I can install a new copy of Windows.
