Does anyone know of a linux friendly torrent application with a speed scheduler function or plugin? I'm familiar with using Azureus Vuze on windows with the speed scheduler plugin, but I'm having some trouble installing vuze on OpenSUSE, which I might end up diagnosing if I can't find a more compatible application.
I use transmission and it has a alternate speed you can set + you can schedule it to use that speed on a set time. It also has a remote access feature that uses a website so you can use any computer. You can give it a shot, it might do the trick.

I see! I used to use transmission a lot on ubuntu 9, maybe the speed scheduler wasn't a feature back then, or maybe I was just a newbie. Thanks for your help!
Most of them have that feature, I'd look at transmission or deluge
