Torch browser's full screen = ie11's?

I LOVE ie10's and ie11's EXACT behavior of Full-Screen mode.  when I hit f11 to put it there the following happens:

1.  Favorites bar autohides and url aka web address bar also autohides in one motion.

Yet when I press alt+d or move my mouse to the very top of my screen, it autoreturns in a clean looking way and its STILL COMPLETELY functional

I WANT chrome and torch browsers to act this way also. but f11 full screen mode for them is NOTHING like this.  It is not auto-hide and auto return with alt+d or moving my mouse to top of screen like in ie11

HOW do I get My Torch browser's full screen mode to behave EXACTLY like ie11's?

Or.  How do I make it to where I DON'T have to left click the stupid thing to hide ads in yahoo and outlook.com email services in ie11 ( and yes I have installed webmail adblocker..UNLIKE in chrome, that plugin/extension DOESN'T also auto hide the stupid SPACE of the ad either.  I hate having to click to hide an advertisementl in my email viewing page)

So I'd love a solution to EITHER of these issues please?  I am a complete javascript api adjusting noob and know NOTHING about doing any of this ( although i'm not afraid to try under good instructions)  I built my first website although Qain would laugh his butt off at me for it being so easily done with Wix   chronofusion.wix.com/tpcs

Thanks in advance everyone.

p.s. I'd rather NOT stop using torch as I LOVE the "media" and " torrent on/off" buttons/programs integrated into the browser.

So NO ONE has a resolution to this?

I would figure if anyone had a resolution or idea about this, it would be either Qain or Wendell. ( looks for Qain the Insane and Wendell the Wise   :D  )

Seems like extensions are needed for any similar functionality to Chrome. Wierd, even if I'd never run it fullscreen on a widescreen monitor one would of course design for it. But Google's dev teams are a bit wierd in their design choices sometimes. It's like it's "our way or the highway" whenever there's a bother for them to conform to standards.

This one does not work quite the same, and I doubt there is any that does that, but I've tried it and it works at least. Look through the Extensions store for others, but be wary of potential adware in that store.
