Topton / CWWK Tiger-Lake NAS board cw-tgl-nas

Hi, I’ve bought this NAS board from Aliexpress 11th Gen Intel i7 1165G7

Upon putting a quick configuration together to test it out, I seem to be having issues powering on the PC, all I get is a green light on the motherboard, no beeps, no fan spinning, no video out.

Do any of you have a similar board and could confirm the pinout of the front panel IO?

There is a diagram next to it but after several attempts I can’t get it too boot so I’m wondering it this correctly printed out…

If you short pin 6 and 8 it should boot, but it’s random electronics off Aliexpress …
That being said, you’re missing a pin so “PC-speaker” (Beep) will never work.

yeah “should” that’s the keyword.
yet if I plug a LED into pin 6-8 it lights up.

Okay with a full blown ATX power supply it boots.
It turns out the old picoPSU must not be delivering enough / specific voltages.

I was always curious about those. I 've always suspected they’re not that good at all…

It absolutely worked fine in another build for like 10 years powering an a Pentium G3256 and then an i7 5775C. (I’ll have to reassemble it to make sure).
For the record, it is a NanoPSU 150.

I’m really wondering if there are newer ATX requirements coming along with more recent i7 1165G7…
