I need to get a computer for under £400 to handle all games out right now on the market, BF4, COD, Just Cause 2, Minecraft, Skyrim, GTA IV and when it comes out GTA V with lots of mods... 

I want to play it on high-medium settings with smooth game play, at least 30 FPS and to have the ability to be upgraded slowly to meet my higher demands.

For the moment, I will be playing on a 40-50 inch (not sure) Full HD T.V, will be using a wireless Xbox 360 controller with adapter and a copy of windows my friend lent to me when he bought if on offer for 3 keys at the price of 2.

It needed a better motherboard. Sorry, Peps1. The motherboard I usually recommend is not on PCPartPicker, so here is the cheapest ASUS A88XM-PLUS I can find:

The 760K and R9 270 will handle most games on ultra presets 1080p. Well above 30FPS.
