Ok guys so ive asked this on the build a pc when i showed the new pc that i want to buy and after watching logans video i cant decide betwen ASUS 7970 DIRECTCUii TOP or ASUS 7970 DIRECTCUII or Sapphire 7970 VaporX 3GB GHZ vs any other 7970(except the one which are expensive like MSI Lighthing or Sapphire 6gb)(I dont know to OC and i really dont want to OC it a lot i will OC it but only a liitle)(the PSU is a Seasonic S12II 620W)Only gaming
I have only basic(basic knowledge of OC)
O and i forgot i will using it with an AMD 8350

That PSU is plenty for your needs. You should NO issues with that PSU and parts that you have selected. The Sapphire is the option that I would use, but any of those should be fine, IMHO.
Go for the xfx version. In my opinon they are great for overclocking and has a lifetime warranty.
I would go with the XFX Ghrz edition great card i have two and XFX gives you lifetime support that is transferable and they support the card if you add a water block.

Also the asus direct cu card is huge takes up 3 or 4 slots and puts stress on the pcie from the weight. I use to have the asus gtx 590 abd even with the backplate it would still sag
i personaly would go for the sapphire, reason they good and cheaper then the asus. sapphire has very good cooling solutions on theire gpu´s. thats where they stand for.
