Everything is compatiable. 8 fans is overkill. You need like 2 exhaust fans and 3 intake fans, and thats pretty much maximizing air flow. Dont fill all the exhaust fan ports with fans, or your computer will have negative air pressure and suck in dust like no tomorrow.
That case is overkill, i dont think you'll need a full tower and if you do you wont need nine fans, i'd buy a cheaper mid tower, something less guady like the carbide or vengence series from corsair, the HAF XM from cooler master, from NZXT you could get the original phantom or the phantom 410. You could save about ~$50 here.
CPU + MOBO: if you follow any of my advice follow this let me tell you that mobo is way to nice for what you're looking for, when i built my rig 3 years ago i bought the sabertooth x58, and i haven't had to upgrade since. Buy the unlocked version of your cpu, it's ~$20 and you can always oc when you need to, and here's the best part Microcenter is running a deal on CPU+Mobo combinations right now you can buyt the 3570k and a cheaper mobo like the ASUS z77 V-Pro or the Asus udh and save ~$50 on the processor. Assuming you buy the v-pro you just saved ~$110 and got a better cpu.
PSU: If you like antec that's fine but spend a litle more and you can get the new 650TX or literally any other psu that has a better rating, you don't ever want to skip out on your psu. You lose about ~$20 here
For that price you can get G.Skill Snipers instead but it's preference, g.skill/corsair/mushkin is what i'd buy (i have 16gb of that g.skill stuff).
I wouldn't buy that Green HDD, you can get a cheaper Seagate Barricuda for ~$70 or spend a little more and get a WD black.
I don't know if you're going to overclock but it's worth it to invest in a cooler, the hyper 212 evo is basically the default but shop around if you want one since the stock is pretty bad.
The money you saved on your mobo /cpu should go into your gpu the ~350 you were going to spend is now about ~450, that could get you a 7970ghz, possibly a 680, also if you were going to buy a 670, look at the 7950boost, it kills the 670 (maybe not the 670sc) for about ~$70 less than what that 670 cost.
If you buy that 7950boost, even stepping up your psu and your HDD, you should be able to afford an SSD, hell a 64gb cache drive would still have been feasable (they're like $60) but now you could probably buy an Intell 330/520 or a Samsun 830/840 or a HyperX 3k might even have some spare cash for a nice closed loop cooler like the h60/h70 or another ssd as a dedicated cache (but idk if you're video editing).
Everything fits fine, but i do want to point out i have a Df-85 and I regret buying it, there so many better cases out there man. It does the job though... I'm also not a huge fan of the PSU. PSU can be very sketchy and I always like to go with the brands I trust, Antec is a popular company but i just don't trust there PSU's. Personally I would stick with Corsair (My personal Favorite), Be Quiet!, NZXT (Hale series), Enermax, Seasonic. Just a tip, Stay away from OCZ! Honestly so many of them die after a year...
I Agree with everyhting you say except for putting more into the GPU, The 670 can play every game at crazy FPS i would maybe use the money saved on buying a better cooler, quiter fans, a quality PSU.
Thats me being really picky though, you have some really good advice!
Everything looks fine to me. I wouldn't go with the green drive though. Get either a Blue or Black instead, especially if you're going to be using it as a boot drive.
