To The Moon Launch Problem

Greetings, picked up "To The Moon" on Steam and having start up problems for the application.

The launch window appears for a split second, disappears and the program fails to launch with no error messages/codes!

Slightly disheartened as this is supposed to be rather an enjoyable little game :/

Please advise.
