Hi,
I have an old UPS, the input range on this is 140 -290 VAC. It was working before, but now it turns on and everything but no power from the back plugs unless the voltage coming to UPS from main is 230 volt or above.
The voltage from mains in my place comes through a stabilizer and between 200 - 240 volt.
My question: Any idea about what could be the problem?
Tip: I don't have any fuse or anything inside.
