Note** I live in Australia and honestly shit isn't cheap here, so it might look too much for what it is, but that's what we Aussies have to put up with :P
You could spend a lot less on the motherboard and yield similar oc results. Even a board like this >
Gigabyte GA-Z87M-D3HP would be imho a good choice. Also check out msy, ple, umart, centercom, netplus, austin's for parts. If you can buy the case locally you'll save a shit load on shipping charges from PCCG.
