So peerblock has been constantly blocking time warner telecom.... and I'm not even subscribed to time warner for anyting.

I saw somethiong about TW sending 'poison packets' that confirm that you have the infringing content. PB blocks these packets. i'd just let PB do its thing
And that's normal for someone who isnt subscribed to time warner?
something seems fishy to me...
well remember Time Warner is also a media conglomerate so they may be looking for people sharing their stuff irregardless of the ISP.
