Neocities updated their blog with a post stating that they are throttling the FCC's connection to 28.8kbps. If this kind of thing keeps spreading then it may knock some sense, or rather force the FCC, into scraping the idea of slow and fast lanes for the internet.
So I think Tek Syndicate should also throttle the FCC's connection as well. (and perhaps make some content of some sort on it?)
