I need to know what to use for three crt monitors on a gtx TITAN?

if you must and aren't trolling, then

  • dvi > monitor or dvi > dvi/vga adapter > monitor
  • hdmi > hdmi/ vga or dvi adapter > monitor
  • display port > ACTIVE dp/ vga or dvi adapter > monitor
