Hey y’all I wanted to ask if anyone has had experience with XFR boost in Linux?
I ran some games and monitored my cpu clocks and it never broke 3.8 GHz. I enabled the boost options in the CBS settings and enabled the OC voltage range.
When I manually overclocked the CPU to 4GHz the cpu was allowed to boost up to that while using the ondemand CPU governor.
Lots of other threads mentioned to enable boost and let the CPU do the thinking for me, but I have not had such luck.
Is there something under the hood I need to enable to allow this in linux?
