I agree 2012 was in theaters where I saw it. But didn’t the scene you are talking about take place in an airborne cargo plane? I recall the Russian oligarch telling the car to start, and I think I recall him having a hot trophy wife and two kids. But I don’t think this is 2012. I will need more clues and even then I likely won’t guess it because I almost never know what Trooper posts.

The movie was not 2012 (or the day after tomorrow, which I am not sure I can tell apart)

It’s Mads Mikkelsen but none of the movies I have seen with him. This seems that it is still from his time as a actor in Denmark, but it is not Flickering Lights, or Adam’s Apples or The Green Butchers.

Iirc, it was mostly on streaming, and I apologise if it is not shown in Germany, as distributors/publishers can be needlessly stingy in the shows they show in places…

Now that you mention the plot I think I have heard an announcement about this movie once upon a time. Though no idea about the name, if it is not outright called Payday, I have no idea.

As it was streaming, there is less chance people had seen it, so I don’t count this as a win
But, I do recommend everyone watch it if it i s on a platform they watch (Netflix at least)
Anyone can take a turn, else I will go again tonight when home.
