Unfortunately I only know those lines are from a movie, but not which one. Those lines are the intro into Guns n Roses song Civil War.
It’s Cool Hand Luke, one of Paul Newman’s best. It a 60s antiestablishment film. Newman is a decorated WWII vet. The opening scene shows him drunk, cutting the tops off of parking meters (choplifter’s screenshot) for funzies. He’s sentenced to hard labor on a chain gang and things happen. Fights, failure of comms, eggs…10/10 would recommend.

The eggs were just boiled though? Not chocolate with sugar coating?
And he had like a squash or tennis ball he would bounce off the wall of “the hole” or whatever?
I really need to see some of these classics, not just clips.
