My second post on here, the other was yesterday but I've made changes with the RAM and Mobo and other stuff so I was wondering what you guys thought. I plan on using it for gaming and just normal web browsing and video watching/editing.
I'm gonna use the pair of Corsair fans on the list for the H100i and then take the fans from the H100i and put them on other parts of the case. I started with a 300R but it wouldn't fit the H100i so what do you guys think of the 400R and will it have good airflow?
Also if there are any ways to make it cheaper and keep it roughly the same I would love to save money as i am over budget.

You don't need the Arctic thermal past the AIO comes with it pre-applyed
If I were you I'd go for a 24" monitor - http://pcpartpicker.com/part/benq-monitor-gl2460hm
My friend has and He loves it! but it's up to you :P
I have to say great build!

Taking the thermal paste out. I think I'll stick with the Asus monitor, lots of good reviews and i trust Asus a lot, besides since I'm coming from a 13" laptop 23" is still awesome, thanks though. And thanks for the compliment on the build :)
I would go with quiet edition corsair fans or some other fans. I have the performance editions. They are not so quiet.
Noctua NF-F12s would be my suggestion if you can afford them.
Is it not possible to limit the RPMs of the Corsair Performance Edition fans?
Austerism reccomended the F12's but i don't want to spend $60 on 2 fans yet, but i will definitely do it at some point
