Thoughts on this microphone configuration?

So I come to the forums today to ask if the microphone configuration I have in mind is good, or if I should change out some things to be more price efficient, better audio, etc. Basically, my old headset microphone configuration isn't very good, but I don't want to buy a new headset so I am thinking of getting an actual mic and a boom arm to keep it near me. The parts I had in mind were as follows:

Sennheiser E835 Microphone

Rode PSA1 Boom Arm

On Stage Foam Ball-Type Mic Windscreen

..And finally, I'm thinking to add a Mixer to my setup in the way of the Alesis MultiMix 4

As you can tell, I don't have boat loads of money to be throwing around on this, so I tried to keep it within a reasonable price. I will be using this for Twitch streams and YouTube videos. If anyone has any suggestions or thoughts on this setup, please let me know.

Thanks for the help,

Matt

Definitely push for a higher end mixer, I know the hum of which the reviews speak It will drive you insane. Your Mic is fine...it is a GREAT vocal mic for live situations; I have never used it on a computer. However,. I do not see why you would want a mixer setup unless you are doing recording. a USB mic should do you fine. However if you really think you need a mixer, this will work better. especially if you plan to have more than just one other person talking.

EDIT: found better solution

I do plan on doing recording for YouTube videos and frequent live streams on twitch, I wanted the option to adjust the mic settings on the fly. Also, I'm still pretty new to Mixers and all the audio "add ins" like it. If I could keep the mixer price around $80, that would be preferable, but is the mixer you suggested worth the money?

I use mackie professionally. They are built like tanks.

Ok, when I looked at the link you gave me, it shows that there is a newer version available. Is it worth it to get the newer one or stick with the older one?

Not tried the new one, but Mackie makes solid products, Especially for recording. I would advise going with the one that fits your budget best, I do not think you will go wrong with either, but I am not a fan-boy for anything, so I can admit that I cannot personally vouch for the new model.  Sorry about the late response.
